Payments and Refunds

One video costs $3.99. Three variations of the same photo cost $8.99 in total. Both are one-time payments with no subscription. Stripe processes the payment, and generation starts after it is verified. There is no free preview.

Request a review

If generation fails, the result is unusable, your video never arrives or you have a billing issue, email hello@rumpeldanceai.com with your checkout email, your order reference and a description of the problem. Do not include card details or private pickup links.

Refunds are not automatically issued: we review each request. Inputs or results that fail the safety review are not delivered. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Before you buy again

Try to recover your order with the same email. Files are available for 72 hours after they are completed; sending a new link does not extend that period. A refund or payment dispute may revoke access.
